My journey so far using juice plus has been pretty fantastic already (see previous post). Everyday i am surprised and motivated by my achievements. However, my weight loss has come to a bit of a stand still.Ive lost 1/2 a stone and seem to have plateaued. So, I have designed a 10 day challenge with a meal and exercise plan to kick start my weight loss again. I woukd also like to share my journey with you, and would love for you to join me! Day one, success! I feel great already.im nit bloated or letargic, I have a sense of achiement because ive done some yoga exersizes, which, with my wonky back, is more dangerous than it sounds!
I also havent snacked (appart from my 2 allowed snacks) or craved sugary or fatty foods. Day 2, little bit trickier because we visited the inlaws. But nobody minded that I just had my shake for lunch and (now this is the beauty of it all), i even had a piece of chocolate cake with oug having to worry about calories, syns etc! Amazing! No guilt, no tracking what I eat as long as i stick to my 2 shakes, 2 snack (healthy 90% of the time!), and healthy dinner, then im on track. Feeling good again today, and didnt fall asleep in the car on the way home! Serioysly,beford i started my health and nutrition journey i was worried tgat i was aging far to quickly! Falling asleep on car journeys was not an uncommon occurance! Onwards to day 3! Jeni Bee 🐝
